The ROSNOL AD-T1N25A/H44-H4 is designed for RF systems requiring robust performance from DC to 11 GHz with 50 Ω impedance. It delivers VSWR ≤1.20 and insertion loss ≤0.05√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤1.5 mΩ (TNC) and ≤1 mΩ (N), and outer contact resistance ≤1 mΩ and ≤0.25 mΩ respectively. The adapter withstands 500 V RMS working voltage and supports up to 80 W at 2 GHz. Coupling mechanisms include screw-lock on the TNC side and bayonet-lock on the N side, with ≥500 mating cycles and center contact captivation ≥28 N.The center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for durability and conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, while insulators are PTFE for excellent dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably from -65°C to +165°C, meeting the demands of harsh environments.
