The ROSNOL AD-MC1A25A/911-91 is engineered for RF systems requiring stable performance up to 10 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.35 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring optimal signal integrity. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥1 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage ≤250 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥90 dB up to 1 GHz. Screw-lock coupling on both sides provides secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.25 to 0.35 Nm for SMC and 0.8 to 1.1 Nm for SMA. Mechanical durability exceeds 500 mating cycles.Materials and plating are optimized for conductivity and durability. Both sides feature beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass bodies gold plated, and PTFE insulators for dielectric stability. Coupling nuts are brass gold plated for corrosion resistance. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +165°C.
