The ROSNOL AD-A2U25A/H4-H4 is engineered for low-frequency applications requiring robust and reliable performance. With a 50-ohm impedance and DC to 300 MHz frequency range, it delivers VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ (SMA side) and ≤ 5 mΩ (UHF side), and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ (SMA side) and ≤ 5 mΩ (UHF side). Mechanical reliability is guaranteed through screw-lock coupling, axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N, and ≥ 500 mating cycles, ensuring secure and repeatable connections.

Material construction features phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass bodies with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for enhanced corrosion resistance, and PTFE insulators for superior dielectric stability. This design ensures durability across a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C.
