The ROSNOL AD-A1PCN25A/9XX-9X adapter ensures exceptional RF performance with a 50 Ω impedance and frequency coverage from DC to 18 GHz. It delivers VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.1 dB return loss), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Center contact resistance is ≤ 3 mΩ on the SMA side and ≤ 1 mΩ on the Precision N side, while outer contact resistance is ≤ 2 mΩ and ≤ 0.25 mΩ respectively. Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, it supports power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz with RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical integrity includes screw-lock coupling, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and torque range of 0.80–1.10 Nm (SMA) and 0.70–1.10 Nm (N), with a minimum of 500 mating cycles.

Constructed from premium stainless steel with passivated finish for both body and coupling nut, and beryllium copper contacts with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, this adapter guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Insulators are PTFE (SMA) and PS (N), complemented by a silicone rubber gasket for environmental sealing. Overall length is 43.8 mm [1.724 in], with hex size 8 mm [.315 in] and thread 5/8-24 UNEF-2A.
