SMA Plug (Male) to N Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-A1N25A/944-H4 is a precision RF adapter designed to interconnect SMA Plug (Male) and N Jack (Female) interfaces in 50 Ω systems. Supporting frequencies from DC to 12 GHz, this high-performance adapter delivers low VSWR of ≤ 1.15 (Return Loss ≥ 23.13 dB) and low insertion loss of ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB for reliable signal transmission. The adapter features threaded screw-on coupling mechanisms on both interfaces, a working voltage of 480 V rms, test voltage of 1000 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. Both SMA and N interfaces are rated for a minimum of 500 mating cycles, ensuring long-term mechanical durability and dependable RF performance.

The N-side center contact is manufactured from phosphor bronze with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the SMA-side center contact utilizes beryllium copper with the same high-performance plating system. Phosphor bronze provides excellent conductivity and wear resistance, while beryllium copper offers superior spring characteristics and mechanical strength. The adapter body and coupling nut are constructed from brass with a copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. Brass provides excellent machinability, mechanical stability, and corrosion resistance, while the copper-tin-zinc alloy coating enhances surface durability and environmental protection. PTFE insulators ensure stable dielectric performance and low RF loss, while the silicone rubber gasket improves sealing reliability.
