The ROSNOL AD-K1A25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter operating from DC to 18 GHz with 50 ohm impedance, delivering low insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz and a VSWR of ≤1.15 for excellent return loss. Test voltage is rated at 750 Vrms, working voltage at 250 Vrms, and RF leakage is ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.8 to 1.1 Nm and center contact captivation ≥20 N. Mechanical durability is ≥500 mating cycles, supporting reliable performance in demanding setups.

Materials and plating are engineered for stability and corrosion resistance. SMA side: beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel body and coupling nut with passivated finish, PTFE insulator. 2.92mm side: beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel body and coupling nut passivated, PEI insulator, silicone rubber gasket. The adapter maintains consistent electrical characteristics across a temperature range of −65°C to +165°C.
