The ROSNOL AD-A2B25A/91-94 RF adapter connects SMA jack (female) to BNC jack (female), supporting DC to 6 GHz operation with 50-ohm impedance. Electrical performance includes VSWR ≤ 1.15 up to 4 GHz and ≤ 1.2 up to 6 GHz, insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. RF leakage supports up to 80 W at 2 GHz. Mechanical design features screw-lock coupling for SMA and bayonet-lock for BNC, with mating cycles of 500 minimum and torque range of 0.8–1.1 Nm for SMA.Premium materials ensure reliability: beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underlayer, brass bodies with gold plating for SMA and copper-tin-zinc alloy for BNC, and PTFE insulators for superior dielectric performance.
