1.85mm Jack (Female) to 2.4mm Jack (Female) Adapter | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-V2Q25A/9X-9X is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter designed for DC to 50 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.8 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It employs screw-lock coupling on both the 1.85 mm and 2.4 mm sides, with center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended coupling torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm with a coupling test torque of 1.65 Nm on each side.

Piece-part construction includes beryllium copper center contacts finished with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity and longevity. The bodies are stainless steel with passivated surfaces for corrosion resistance, and the insulators are PS for stable dielectric performance. The design supports reliable service across −60°C to +100°C.
