The ROSNOL AD-V1Q15A/9XX-9XX is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter engineered for broadband operation from DC to 50 GHz, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.1 dB return loss) and low insertion loss defined as ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity is supported by insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 Vrms, working voltage 150 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Both ends use a secure screw-lock coupling with center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N and mechanical durability rated at ≥ 500 mating cycles; recommended coupling torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm with side test torque of 1.65 Nm.Piece-part construction features beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating to ensure conductivity and wear resistance. The bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with a passivated finish, and the insulators are PEI for stable dielectric performance. This corrosion-resistant build supports reliable operation across a temperature range of −55°C to +165°C.
