The ROSNOL AD-PCT1A25A/944-94 is a high-precision RF adapter optimized for frequencies from DC to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.25 and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√f (GHz) dB, ensuring stable signal transmission. The screw-lock coupling mechanism guarantees secure engagement, supported by a center contact captivation ≥27 N and mechanical endurance of at least 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.46 Nm to 0.69 Nm for the TNC side and 0.8 Nm to 1.1 Nm for the SMA side.

This adapter features beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity and durability. The bodies and coupling nuts are crafted from brass alloy for robust mechanical strength, while PTFE insulators provide superior dielectric properties. The design withstands temperatures from -55°C to +100°C, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions.
