The ROSNOL AD-PCT1A25B/933-93 is a high-performance RF adapter for DC to 18 GHz applications, featuring 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.25, and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√f (GHz) dB. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure connections, with center contact captivation ≥27 N, mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles, and recommended torque of 0.46–0.69 Nm (TNC) and 0.8–1.1 Nm (SMA).Material construction includes beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity. The bodies and coupling nuts are brass with nickel plating, while PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric stability. The adapter withstands temperatures from −65°C to +160°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.
