The ROSNOL AD-PCA1K25A/9XX-9X is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure engagement and axial contact captivation ≥ 10 N on the SMA side and ≥ 20 N on the 2.92mm side. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical performance includes dielectric withstanding voltage of 750 V rms and excellent RF leakage protection.Materials and plating are optimized for durability: both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for corrosion resistance, while PTFE and PS insulators ensure low-loss performance. A silicone rubber gasket enhances sealing integrity. The adapter operates within a temperature range of −55 °C to +125 °C.
