The ROSNOL AD-PCA1Q25B/9XX-9X is a high-performance adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It combines screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure connectivity and axial contact captivation ≥ 20 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 cycles per side. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.The SMA side incorporates beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, PTFE dielectric, and a silicone rubber gasket for sealing. The 2.4mm side uses beryllium copper center contacts, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PEI dielectric for high-frequency stability. These materials and finishes ensure corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for demanding environments.
