The ROSNOL AD-PCA1Q25A/9XX-9X is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It employs screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 20 N and coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.

The SMA interface uses beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, PTFE dielectric, and a silicone rubber gasket for sealing. The 2.4mm interface features beryllium copper center contacts, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PEI dielectric for thermal and electrical stability. These materials ensure corrosion resistance and long-term reliability under demanding RF conditions.
