The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25B/944-94 is a high-performance adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It combines screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 cycles per side. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz.Both interfaces use beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate for optimal conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish for corrosion resistance, while PTFE dielectric ensures low-loss performance. A silicone rubber gasket enhances sealing integrity for harsh environments.
