The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25B/HXX-9X supports DC to 18 GHz frequency range with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√F (GHz) dB. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and working voltage 480 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Precision N and SMA ends employ screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.70–1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm for SMA side.Contacts are phosphor bronze and beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, while insulators use PTFE for stable dielectric properties. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental protection. The adapter withstands temperatures from -65°C to +165°C for robust performance in RF systems.
