The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25B/H44-91 is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz applications, offering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√F (GHz) dB for optimal signal integrity. It provides insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage up to 1000 V rms, and working voltage of 480 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Both Precision N and SMA interfaces feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical durability over ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.70–1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm for SMA side.

The center contacts are made of phosphor bronze and beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts use brass copper-tin-zinc alloy, while insulators are PTFE for excellent dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates within -65°C to +165°C, making it suitable for demanding RF environments.
