The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25B/933-91 is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure engagement and axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz.

Materials and plating are engineered for durability and signal integrity. The SMA side uses beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate, brass body with gold plating, and PTFE dielectric for low-loss performance. The N side features beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate, brass body with nickel finish, and PTFE dielectric. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing, and coupling nuts are brass with nickel plating for mechanical strength.
