The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25B/933-93 is designed for 50 Ω RF systems, supporting DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz). It employs screw-lock coupling on both ends for secure engagement, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N and torque specifications ensuring mechanical stability. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 480 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz.The SMA interface incorporates beryllium copper center contacts plated with gold over nickel-phosphorus underplate, brass body with nickel finish, and PTFE dielectric for superior RF performance. The N side uses similar materials and plating for center contacts and body, ensuring corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Coupling nuts are brass with nickel plating, and a silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing.
