The ROSNOL AD-PCN1A25B/9XX-9X is designed for DC to 18 GHz frequency range with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√F (GHz) dB. It offers insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, and working voltage 480 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Precision N and SMA ends employ screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles. Center contact captivation is ≥28 N, and recommended torque is 0.70–1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm for SMA side.The adapter features beryllium copper contacts with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, while insulators use PTFE for both ends. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The unit withstands temperatures from -65°C to +165°C, ensuring durability in harsh RF conditions.
