The ROSNOL AD-PCN1K25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter engineered for DC to 18 GHz applications, delivering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.4√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage up to 750 V rms, and working voltage of 250 V rms, with RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Both Precision N and 2.92mm interfaces feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical durability over ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.70–1.10 Nm for N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm for 2.92mm side.
The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel passivated, while insulators use PS for stable dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates within -60°C to +100°C, making it suitable for demanding RF environments.
