The ROSNOL AD-PCN1Q25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz applications, delivering 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, with center and outer contact resistance on the Precision N side ≤ 1.0 mΩ. Both Precision N and 2.4mm ends utilize screw-lock coupling, supporting ≥500 mating cycles and secure engagement with center-contact captivation of ≥28 N (Precision N) and ≥20 N (2.4mm). Recommended torque is 0.70–1.10 Nm on the N side and 0.80–1.10 Nm on the 2.4mm side.Center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel, passivated for corrosion resistance, with PS insulators and a silicone rubber gasket on the Precision N side. Operating temperature is -60°C to +100°C.
