N Plug (Male) to TNC Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-N1T25A/933-93 is a straight RF adapter designed for dependable connectivity between N plug male and TNC jack female interfaces. It supports DC to 10 GHz with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. The adapter features screw-lock coupling on both ends, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and durability for ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque is 0.7–1.1 Nm on the N side and 0.46–0.69 Nm on the TNC side.

Material and plating details ensure long-term reliability: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating 3 microinch over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating 80 microinch. The N body and coupling nut are brass with nickel finish; the TNC body and coupling nut are brass with nickel finish. Insulators are PTFE, and the N side includes a silicone rubber gasket. This stack delivers robust corrosion resistance and consistent RF stability.
