The ROSNOL AD-N1A25A/H44-H4 is a precision RF adapter designed to support stable signal transmission from DC to 11 GHz with a 50‑ohm impedance and a maximum VSWR of 1.20. Its controlled insertion loss and strong electrical reliability—featuring insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, a 1000 Vrms test‑voltage rating, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz—make it suitable for RF measurement setups, communication equipment, benchtop instrumentation, and general-purpose interconnect paths requiring low reflection and consistent performance. Center‑contact resistance is maintained at ≤ 1 mΩ on the N side and ≤ 3 mΩ on the SMA side, ensuring clean, low‑loss signal conduction.The adapter is constructed using gold‑plated beryllium‑copper center contacts with non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating, a brass copper‑tin‑zinc alloy body, and PTFE dielectric elements for thermal stability and mechanical durability. Both the N and SMA interfaces incorporate screw‑lock coupling mechanisms rated for at least 500 mating cycles, reinforced by axial captivation ≥ 28 N and coupling‑nut retention values of ≥ 450 N (N side) and ≥ 270 N (SMA side). Recommended torque ranges—0.7 to 1.1 Nm for N and 0.8 to 1.1 Nm for SMA—ensure secure, repeatable engagement. The adapter maintains reliable performance across a temperature range of −65°C to +165°C and complies with RoHS requirements.
