The ROSNOL AD-LC1D25A/H44-H4 is a robust LC Plug (Male) to 7/16 Jack (Female) straight adapter engineered for dependable RF performance from DC to 1 GHz. With a 50‑ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.25, and controlled insertion loss, it supports stable, low-reflection signal transmission suitable for coaxial distribution systems, antenna interfaces, RF power modules, and infrastructure-grade communication equipment. Electrical stability is reinforced by insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance as low as 1.0 mΩ on the LC side and 0.4 mΩ on the 7/16 side, plus working voltage capability up to 500 Vrms.

The adapter is constructed with gold‑plated phosphor‑bronze center contacts, a brass copper‑tin‑zinc alloy body, PTFE dielectric elements, and a silicone rubber gasket for environmental sealing. Both the LC and 7/16 interfaces employ screw‑lock coupling mechanisms rated for at least 500 mating cycles. Mechanical robustness is enhanced by coupling‑nut retention forces of ≥ 500 N (LC) and ≥ 1000 N (7/16), center‑contact captivation of ≥ 200 N, and recommended torque ranges of 2.3–3.4 Nm for LC and 25–30 Nm for 7/16, ensuring secure engagement in high‑duty RF systems.
