The ROSNOL AD-B2U25A/H4-H4 is designed for DC to 300 MHz operation, featuring BNC (50 Ω) and UHF (non-constant impedance) interfaces for dependable signal transfer. Electrical specifications include 1500 Vrms test voltage, 400 Vrms working voltage, and typical power handling of 400 W at 300 MHz under VSWR 1.0. Contact resistance is ≤1.5 mΩ on the BNC side and ≤5 mΩ on the UHF side; outer contact resistance ≤1 mΩ and ≤5 mΩ respectively. Coupling combines bayonet-lock and screw-lock for secure engagement, supporting ≥500 mating cycles and axial captivation ≥30 N.Materials and plating: center contacts are phosphor bronze with 3 µin gold plating over 80 µin nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating; insulators are PTFE. Rated for −55 °C to +145 °C, this adapter ensures corrosion resistance and mechanical durability.
