Description
4.1/9.5 Plug (Male) to Precision N Jack (Female) | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body
The ROSNOL AD-MD1PCN25A/1XX-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for broadband applications from DC to 14 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.13 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Electrical specifications include robust screw-lock coupling on both sides, with recommended torque of 2 Nm for the 4.1/9.5 side and 1.10 Nm for the Precision N side. Mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles, and gauge dimensions ensure precise alignment for stable performance.Premium materials and plating deliver superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The Precision N side uses beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel body passivated, and PTFE insulator. The 4.1/9.5 side features brass center contacts gold plated with the same plating stack, stainless steel body passivated, and PTFE insulator. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably from −40°C to +85°C.
ROSNOL’s RF adapters combine precision engineering with cost efficiency, offering a competitive alternative to major European and American brands. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 certified processes and fully comply with RoHS and REACH. Customization for materials, plating, and mechanical design is available to support specialized interconnect needs.
