The ROSNOL AD-PC1Q25A/9XX-9X is a precision adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 34.5 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It features screw-lock coupling on both ends, ensuring secure engagement and axial contact captivation ≥ 27 N. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 500 mating cycles per side. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, working voltage 150 V rms, RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz, and power handling up to 19 W.Materials and plating are optimized for durability: both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. Stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts are passivated for corrosion resistance, while PEI insulators ensure low-loss performance. A silicone rubber gasket enhances sealing integrity. The adapter operates within a temperature range of −40 °C to +85 °C.
