The ROSNOL AD-K1PF15A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for ultra-high-frequency applications up to 40 GHz. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.25 and insertion loss of ≤0.04 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation across microwave and millimeter-wave bands. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 250 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. The adapter features a screw-lock mechanism on the 2.92mm side and a snap-on coupling for SMP, supporting multiple detent configurations for secure engagement. Mechanical durability includes ≥500 cycles for smooth bore and full detent, and ≥1000 cycles for limited detent designs.Premium materials and plating ensure superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies are stainless steel with passivated finish, and insulators are PEI for dielectric stability. The adapter operates reliably from −55°C to +165°C.
