The ROSNOL AD-K1PCA25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for high-frequency applications up to 27 GHz. With a 50 ohm impedance, it achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. The screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure engagement, while mechanical durability exceeds 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque ranges from 0.80 Nm to 1.10 Nm, and center contact captivation meets stringent axial force requirements for robust performance.

Constructed from premium materials, the center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel underplating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, and insulators include PTFE on the SMA side and PS on the 2.92mm side. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably across a temperature range of −60°C to +100°C.
