The ROSNOL AD-K1PCA15A/9XX-9XX is a high-performance RF adapter designed for precision interconnects from DC to 27 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation across microwave frequencies. Electrical ratings include dielectric withstanding voltage of 750 Vrms, test voltage of 500 Vrms, and working voltage of 750 Vrms. Both sides feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm and center contact captivation ≥20 N. Mechanical durability is ≥500 mating cycles for reliable long-term use.Premium materials and plating deliver superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Precision SMA side: beryllium copper center contact with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel body and coupling nut passivated, PTFE insulator. 2.92mm side: beryllium copper center contact with the same gold-over-nickel-phosphorus plating stack, stainless steel body and coupling nut passivated, PS insulator, silicone rubber gasket. The adapter operates reliably from −55°C to +125°C.
