The ROSNOL AD-K1Q25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for broadband applications from DC to 40 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 500 Vrms, working voltage 150 Vrms, RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, and power handling up to 18 W. Both sides feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm and center contact captivation ≥20 N. Mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles.

Premium materials and plating deliver superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Both sides use beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, and insulators are PEI for dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +165°C.
