The ROSNOL AD-K1V25A/9XX-9X is engineered for high-frequency RF systems, supporting DC to 40 GHz with a 50 ohm impedance. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring optimal signal integrity. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 500 Vrms, working voltage 150 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. Screw-lock coupling provides secure engagement with recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm, while center contact captivation meets ≥20 N. Mechanical durability exceeds 500 mating cycles.

Materials and plating are optimized for conductivity and durability. Both sides feature beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating, stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts passivated, and PEI insulators for dielectric stability. The adapter maintains stable performance from −55°C to +165°C.
