The ROSNOL AD-KQ1K25A/99X-9X is engineered for high-frequency RF systems, supporting DC to 40 GHz with a 50 ohm impedance. It delivers a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.04 × √F GHz, ensuring optimal signal integrity. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 250 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. The adapter combines snap-lock coupling on one side with screw-lock engagement on the other, offering secure and versatile connectivity. Recommended torque for the screw-lock side is 0.90 Nm, and mechanical durability exceeds 500 mating cycles.

Materials and plating are optimized for conductivity and durability. The snap-on side uses beryllium copper for both center contact and body, plated with 3 microinch gold over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, and PEI insulator. The 2.92mm side features beryllium copper center contact with the same plating stack, stainless steel body passivated, and PEI insulator. The adapter operates within an environmental range of −60°C to +165°C.
