The ROSNOL AD-Q2SA25A/9X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 40 GHz operation with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring low reflection and stable signal transmission. Insulation resistance is ≥ 5 GΩ, and both ends employ screw-lock coupling mechanisms rated for ≥500 mating cycles. Coupling nut retention is ≥270 N, and center contact captivation is ≥20 N, guaranteeing secure engagement and mechanical reliability for high-frequency applications.Material and plating specifications ensure long-term durability and electrical performance. Center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, while insulators are PEI for thermal stability. Recommended torque is 0.9 Nm on both sides. The adapter operates within a temperature range of −55°C to +165°C, providing resilience in harsh environments.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver reliable performance across RF and microwave systems. Designed to meet stringent high-frequency requirements, ROSNOL adapters offer a cost-effective alternative to leading global brands. All components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply with RoHS and REACH standards. Customization for materials, plating, and mechanical design is available to meet specialized requirements.
