2.4mm Snap-On Plug (Male) to 2.92mm Jack (Female) | Straight Adapter | Snap-Lock & Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-QQ1K25A/99X-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 40 GHz operation with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.15 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring excellent return loss and minimal signal degradation. Insulation resistance is ≥5 GΩ, and the adapter supports ≥500 mating cycles on both sides. Coupling mechanisms include snap-lock for the 2.4mm side and screw-lock for the 2.92mm side, with center contact captivation ≥20 N for secure engagement.

Center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch nickel-phosphorus underplating. The 2.92mm body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while the 2.4mm snap-on body is beryllium copper with identical plating. Insulators are PEI for thermal stability. Recommended torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm. The operating temperature range spans −55°C to +165°C, ensuring durability under harsh conditions.
