The ROSNOL AD‑A5A25A/911‑91 is a straight RF adapter for 50‑ohm systems, operating from DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 (return loss ≥ 20.83 dB). It offers insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. Electrical ratings include 1000 V rms test voltage, 480 V rms working voltage, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. The screw‑lock coupling ensures ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 N·cm, and recommended torque of 0.8–1.1 N·m.This version uses brass for the body and coupling nut, both plated with 3 micro‑inch gold over 80 micro‑inch non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating. The center contacts are beryllium copper with the same plating stack, complemented by a PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket for enhanced sealing and corrosion resistance.
