The ROSNOL AD-A1A25A/9XX-9X is a high-performance 50-ohm straight adapter optimized for DC to 18 GHz, achieving VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It offers insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. RF leakage is rated at ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, with power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. Both ends utilize screw-lock coupling for secure engagement and mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles; recommended torque is 0.8–1.1 Nm.

Materials and plating are engineered for durability: beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating ensure superior conductivity and wear resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, while PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets provide environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably across a −65°C to +165°C temperature range.
