Description
SMA Plug (Male) to SMA Plug (Male) Adapter | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL AD-A1A15A/111-111 is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.03 × √F (GHz) dB. It supports insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. RF leakage is rated at ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz, with power handling capability up to 200 W at 2 GHz. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling with axial captivation ≥27 N and mechanical endurance of ≥500 mating cycles; recommended torque is 0.8–1.1 Nm.Constructed with brass center contacts plated with gold over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, this adapter ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with gold plating, while PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets provide stable dielectric properties and sealing. The design supports reliable operation across a temperature range of −65°C to +165°C.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver consistent performance for RF and microwave systems at competitive pricing, making them an ideal alternative to leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply fully with RoHS and REACH standards. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to meet specialized interconnect requirements.
