The ROSNOL AD-Q1Q25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter supporting DC to 40 GHz with impedance 50 Ω, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.16 dB. It offers insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, working voltage 150 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures strong retention and mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque: 0.80 Nm to 1.10 Nm. Temperature range: −40 °C to +85 °C.

Centre contacts are beryllium copper gold plated over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Body and coupling nut are stainless steel passivated. Insulator PEI; gasket silicone rubber. The plating stack delivers high corrosion resistance and stable electrical characteristics over the rated temperature range.
