The ROSNOL AD-V2V25A/9X-9X is a precision 1.85mm jack-to-jack adapter designed for DC to 67 GHz operation at 50 Ω impedance. It delivers VSWR ≤1.25 (≥19.08 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring stable signal integrity across the full frequency range. The screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles, maximum torque of 1.65 Nm, and recommended torque of 0.90 Nm for reliable mechanical performance.

Piece parts include beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating (3 µinch) over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (80 µinch), a stainless steel body with passivated finish, PS insulators, and a stainless steel coupling nut. This construction offers excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability across −55°C to +165°C.
