Description

1.85mm Jack (Female) to 1.85mm Jack (Female) Adapter | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL AD-V2V25A/9X-9X is a precision 1.85mm Jack to 1.85mm Jack adapter engineered to support high-frequency signal transmission from DC to 67 GHz with a 50-ohm impedance. Its maximum VSWR of 1.25 ensures stable return-loss performance and minimal signal reflection across demanding microwave and millimeter-wave measurement environments. The adapter maintains insulation resistance of 3 GΩ or greater and provides secure electrical performance with a 500 Vrms test voltage, 150 Vrms working voltage, and RF leakage of at least 100 dB up to 1 GHz. With insertion loss defined as ≤ 0.05 × √f(GHz) dB, it is well suited for precision test equipment, calibration setups, and high-density interconnect systems.

Built with premium materials, the AD-V2V25A/9X-9X features a gold-plated beryllium copper center contact for consistent conductivity and durability. The stainless-steel body and coupling nut use a passivated finish that enhances corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. A PEI insulator provides excellent thermal stability for long-term operational reliability. Mechanical specifications include a screw-lock coupling mechanism, a center-contact captivation force of at least 20 N, and a recommended torque range between 0.80 and 1.10 Nm, with a maximum coupling test torque of 1.65 Nm. Designed for durability, the adapter supports 500 or more mating cycles. It also maintains dependable performance across a temperature range from -55°C to +165°C and is fully compliant with RoHS environmental requirements.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF adapters deliver reliable performance across a broad range of RF and microwave systems. Designed to meet the stringent demands of high-frequency signal transmission, ROSNOL adapters offer a cost-effective alternative to products from leading European and American brands. All ROSNOL RF components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to support specialized interconnect requirements.
