The ROSNOL ASL-A2A25A/91-91 is a high-frequency SMA L-adapter designed for precision signal transmission up to 18 GHz. Featuring a screw-lock coupling mechanism, it supports ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥27 N, radial ≥3 Ncm, and torque rating up to 1.7 Nm. Electrical performance includes 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.15 (≥23.1 dB), insertion loss ≤0.03×√F(GHz) dB, and RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. It handles up to 200 W @ 2 GHz, with insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ and test voltage of 1000 V rms.Constructed with a brass body and coupling nut, both gold-plated over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, the adapter features beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating. PTFE is used as the insulator, ensuring stable performance across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C.
