The ROSNOL AD-A2A25A-BH/91-91 is a bulkhead SMA jack-to-jack adapter designed for DC to 18 GHz operation at 50 Ω. It provides VSWR ≤ 1.20 (Return Loss ≥ 20.8 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. The screw-lock mechanism ensures axial center-contact captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 N·cm, a coupling test torque ≤ 1.7 Nm, and mechanical endurance of ≥ 500 mating cycles with recommended torque 0.8–1.1 Nm.

Materials and plating are fully detailed: center contact in beryllium copper with gold plating (\~3 microinch) over non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating (\~80 microinch); body in brass with the same gold-over-Ni‑P finish; PTFE insulator; fastening nut and washer in brass with gold over nickel‑phosphorus. The construction supports a temperature range of −65 °C to +155 °C while providing enhanced corrosion resistance from the underplating system.
