The ROSNOL AD-A1A15A-BH/1XX-1XX is a bulkhead SMA plug-to-plug adapter engineered for stable broadband performance from DC to 18 GHz with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.15 (Return Loss > 23 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.03 × √f (GHz), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. The screw-lock coupling delivers coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N, axial center-contact captivation ≥ 27 N, radial captivation ≥ 3 N·cm, and mechanical durability of at least 500 mating cycles, with recommended torque 0.8–1.1 Nm.

Piece parts and plating are specified for demanding RF environments: center contact in brass with gold plating (≈3 microinch) over non-magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating (≈80 microinch); body in stainless steel, passivated; PTFE insulator; silicone rubber gasket; coupling nut and fastening hardware in stainless steel, passivated. The design supports operation from −65 °C to +155 °C and resists corrosion inherent to passivated stainless steel assemblies.
