The ROSNOL AD-PCN2PCN25A-BH/94-94 is a precision bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 18 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.30, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Rated for a working voltage of 1000 V rms and a test voltage of 2500 V rms, this adapter ensures secure connectivity with a screw-lock coupling mechanism. Mechanical durability includes ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and recommended torque between 0.70 and 1.0 Nm.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body, fastening nut, and washer are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PS for excellent dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C.
