The ROSNOL AD-N2N25A-BH/H4-H4 is a precision bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 12 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤ 1 mΩ for the center and ≤ 0.25 mΩ for the outer contact. Rated for a working voltage of 500 V rms and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz and 700 W at 2 GHz, this adapter ensures secure connectivity with a screw-lock coupling mechanism. RF leakage is ≥ 128 dB up to 1 GHz, and mechanical durability includes ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and recommended torque between 0.7 and 1.1 Nm.Materials and plating: center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body, fastening nut, and washer are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C.
