The ROSNOL AD-N2N25A-BH/H4-H4 is a precision 50 Ω bulkhead RF adapter designed for N-type female-to-female interconnections. Operating from DC to 12 GHz, it provides low insertion loss, RF leakage of at least 128 dB up to 1 GHz, and power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz. The screw-on coupling mechanism and bulkhead mounting structure ensure secure installation and dependable long-term performance. Based on the bulkhead configuration, the adapter supports reliable panel integration in RF and microwave systems.
The center contacts are manufactured from phosphor bronze with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. Phosphor bronze offers a balanced combination of electrical conductivity, wear resistance, and mechanical strength. The body, washer, and fastening nut are constructed from brass with a copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. Brass provides excellent machinability and structural durability, while the copper-tin-zinc alloy coating enhances corrosion resistance and environmental protection. PTFE insulators provide stable dielectric performance and low RF loss.
