The ROSNOL AD-K2K25A-BH/9X-9X is a high-frequency bulkhead adapter rated at 50 ohm, operating from DC to 40 GHz. Performance includes VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × sqrt(f in GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 Gohm, test voltage 750 Vrms, working voltage 250 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock mechanism ensures secure coupling, with ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation of the center contact ≥ 20 N, a coupling test torque of 1.7 Nm, and recommended torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm.

Materials and plating: beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating (3 microinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 microinch). The body, fastening nut, and washer are stainless steel with passivation to enhance corrosion resistance. The insulator is PEI for stable dielectric performance over temperature. The operating range is −55 to +155 deg C, ensuring reliability in rigorous RF environments.
