The ROSNOL AD-Q2Q25A-BH/9X-9X is a precision bulkhead adapter rated at 50 Ω for DC to 50 GHz operation. It specifies VSWR ≤ 1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, working voltage 150 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement with robust center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N, a coupling test torque of 1.65 Nm, and recommended torque between 0.80 and 1.10 Nm, supporting stable, repeatable connections in high‑frequency systems.

Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 µinch). The stainless steel body employs a non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplate (80 µinch) for enhanced corrosion resistance, and the insulator is PEI to maintain dielectric stability over temperature. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing, while the fastening nut and washer are stainless steel with passivation for mechanical durability. The operating temperature range is −55°C to +125°C.
