TNC to TNC DC Block | Screw-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL DB-T1T25-3G100VA/944 is a robust DC Block designed for RF signal isolation in low to mid-frequency applications. Featuring a TNC plug (male) to TNC jack (female) interface, this component operates across a frequency range from 9 kHz to 3 GHz with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. It delivers excellent electrical performance with VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB) from 9 kHz to 1 GHz, and ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB) from 1 GHz to 3 GHz. Insertion loss is ≤ 1.10 dB, and the unit supports up to 100 Vdc working voltage. This inner-type DC Block is ideal for applications requiring stable signal transmission and effective DC isolation.

The DB-T1T25-3G100VA/944 is constructed with a brass body and coupling nut made from copper-tin-zinc alloy, providing excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The center contacts are made of beryllium copper with gold plating over a nickel underlayer, ensuring reliable conductivity. PTFE insulators offer high dielectric stability, and a silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. The screw-lock mechanism ensures secure mating, and the product is rated for operation between −45°C and +85°C.
