SMA to SMA DC Block | Screw-lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL DB-A1A25A-3G50V/H44-H4 is a high-performance DC Block connector featuring an SMA plug (male) to SMA jack (female) interface. Designed for RF applications up to 3 GHz, it offers a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω and supports a voltage rating of 50V DC. The connector ensures stable signal transmission with a maximum VSWR of ≤ 1.67 (≥ 12 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 1 dB. It also provides excellent insulation resistance of ≥ 5G Ω. The screw-lock coupling mechanism guarantees secure mating, with a recommended torque of 0.9 Nm and durability over 500 mating cycles.This connector is built with premium materials: the center contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are constructed from brass with a copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, while the insulators are made of PEI for high thermal stability. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The product operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -60°C to +165°C and meets RoHS compliance standards.
